Vietnam Wellness Week, 2024

 In August 2024, we travelled to Hue and Hoi An for a week of wellness.  Sinead and 9 women enjoyed the luxuries of the 5* Alba Wellness Resort and gorgeous La Siesta Resort, where we were immersed in a range of wellness and self-care activities from Yoga to Meditation, all included at the Resort. 

The trip was a perfect balance of exploring these incredible cities and allowing ourselves to unwind and relax in the Vietnam sun.
