How to Book

Secure your Spot

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on any of our trips. 

They are as follows:

Tassie Delights - $500

Thailand Love - $1,000

Uluru Magic - $500

African Dream - $1,000

Golden Triangle of India - $1,000

European Christmas - $1,500

Additional Payments

Some of our trips require additional, scheduled payments - such as African Dream and European Christmas Magic.  These trips both require a second depsoit of $1,500 within a couple of months of first deposit (exact date will be advised upon booking).

Final Payments

Your final payment is due 90 prior to departure of your trip.

Payment Plans

You can pay off your trip by making payments whenver you wish, or by arranging a Payment Plan with us.

Flights

Flights are an additional cost. SheVentures can assist you in arranging flights. Typically we will cost an option about 9 months prior to departure.

A flight deposit will be required.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is an additional cost. Cover begins from the date of insurance purchase. 

Confirmed Departures

Our trips require a minimum number of bookings to proceed.
